Hot yoga is yoga practised in a heated room — at Ignite + Aliign, 38–40°C with controlled humidity. The warmth lets your muscles open faster and deeper, raises the intensity of every posture, and brings on a cleansing sweat. We teach several heated styles, from Bikram to Vinyasa, alongside non-heated classes.
We have two studios in Bangalore — one beside Ulsoor Lake, one in Whitefield. The Ulsoor studio is on Kensington Layout, 21 Kensington Rd, Halasuru (560008), near Indiranagar, MG Road and Halasuru metro; the Whitefield studio is on the first floor of The Gateway by UKN, Nallurhalli Main Road (560066), minutes from ITPL, Brookfield and Marathahalli. Both are open daily.
Begin with an intro pass — 2 classes for ₹2,400 or 4 classes for ₹2,800, valid one month and usable across any class or a cold plunge. Reserve your first class online, arrive 10–15 minutes early, and the front desk will set you up. Most people move to an unlimited or credit membership after.
Just a water bottle and yourself — we provide mats and towels at both studios. Come hydrated and arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can settle you in. Showers and changing rooms are ready at both locations.
Yes — valet-assisted parking at both the Ulsoor Lake and Whitefield studios, so you can arrive without circling the block. Come a little early on your first visit and the front desk will settle you in.
We bring practices usually split across separate specialist studios under one roof — traditional Mysore Ashtanga, reformer pilates, and a dedicated recovery space with a cold plunge — in purpose-built, humidity-controlled heated rooms, with small classes led by certified instructors. Our Ulsoor Lake flagship carries the full range; Brookfield in Whitefield runs hot yoga, mat pilates and a cold plunge. Built for everyone from first-timers to daily practitioners.
A full spectrum. In yoga: traditional Ashtanga (self-paced Mysore and Led Primary Series), Bikram (the classic 26-posture heated sequence), Vinyasa and Progressive Vinyasa, and Prana Vashya. Heated strength: Inferno Hot Pilates (low-impact HIIT in the heat) and Sculpt (yoga with weights and cardio). Plus reformer and mat pilates, and recovery with a cold plunge. Reformer pilates and Ashtanga are at our Ulsoor Lake studio; hot yoga, mat pilates and the cold plunge are at both. New to it all? Start with a Vinyasa or Led Primary class and our teachers will point you to the right fit.
Our heated rooms are held at 38–40°C, with humidity controlled so the air stays breathable rather than heavy. That warmth is what lets the body open quickly and safely.

Yes — reformer and mat pilates, traditional Ashtanga and recovery are all unheated. If the heat isn’t for you, you’re pregnant, or you just want a cooler day, there’s a full non-heated path, and many members mix both across the week.
Many members notice clearer, brighter skin: the deep sweat helps clear pores and boosts circulation, and the stress relief shows too. Cleanse and rehydrate after class to get the most of it.
Our instructors are certified, and classes stay small enough for hands-on correction. You work on proper spring-loaded reformers through a structured progression, learning each exercise precisely rather than racing through a flow set to music.
